From Aerodynamics To Neurons,

Curiosity Without Boundaries

About Me

I’m not just trained in ADHD, I live it every day.
I’m currently completing my certification as ADHD Coach for adults through the ICF (International Coaching Federation), but my real expertise comes from experience.

Who I Am

I’m Tamara Glisic, 32, born and raised in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, now based in the French part of Switzerland.
By day, I work as a military aircraft technician, a precise, complex, high-responsibility environment that constantly challenges me to grow.

My Turning Point

For years, I was overthinking everything, trying to improve, fix, optimize non stop.
Until one question changed everything, what if my brain simply works differently?
Getting diagnosed with ADHD gave me answers, but more importantly, it gave me a new way to understand myself.

What I Discovered

ADHD isn’t just about focus, it’s struggling to organize your life, feeling overwhelmed by time and priorities, managing intense emotions.
Constantly feeling like you’re “not doing enough”, and most advice out there? It doesn’t work for this kind of brain.
